From nopCommerce 4.0 we’ve changed the way plugins are activated. Online activation has been discontinued and license downloads have been started.
Downloading the license
To download the license of your purchase, you should visit the page License Manager from your RoastedBytes account.
The page lists all the orders which are eligible for new licenses.
Click on ‘View Licenses’ button to expand the licenses for a particular order. The Issued Licenses tab shows all the active licenses added so far.
If the domain for which you wish to download the license is already present in the list, click the Download button and your license will be downloaded.
If you wish to download license for a new domain, click New License tab to see the new domain form.
In the domain box, enter the domain for which you wish to download the license and click Download button. Your license will be downloaded.
Activating the license
To activate the license, go to the admin dashboard of your nopCommerce installation and click Activation Center in the plugin’s sub-menu items.
The Managed Licenses page shows all the licenses you’ve added so far. To add the newly downloaded license, click ‘Add New License’ button. This will take you to the license upload page.
Upload the newly download license file and click ‘Upload’. If your license file is correct, you should be redirected back to the Managed Licenses Page to view the newly uploaded license.
To load the newly added license, Restart your application.
It’s essential to Restart the Application. Otherwise the new license won’t load and the plugin might not work correctly.
Your new license should be activate now.
